The responsibility to follow the changes regarding the "Terms of Service" lies with the user. Users who continue to benefit from Dinamo services are deemed to have accepted the terms specified in these "Terms of Service."

Unless otherwise requested by legal authorities, Dinamo does not verify the accuracy and content of the information reaching its system and does not apply any censorship. Therefore, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of the information they access via the internet channel. Users cannot hold Dinamo responsible for any damages arising from the content and inaccuracy of the information accessed via the internet channel.

Dinamo does not control or censor the information sent or published by users through its services. Users are responsible for the legal consequences of their activities during the use of Dinamo services.

The following activities are strictly prohibited using Dinamo services. Dinamo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate the services of users engaged in these activities.

Spam Sending

SPAM is the sending of bulk and/or commercial messages via the internet without the recipient's consent. SPAM sending not only damages the trust in Dinamo but also causes overload in Dinamo systems, leading to disruptions in the services provided to customers.

Users receiving SMTP service from Dinamo cannot send SPAM. Users who have their SMTP server, whether they receive SMTP service from Dinamo or not, cannot operate their SMTP service on their servers in an unprotected manner that facilitates SPAM transmission and allows use by third parties/entities.

Crimes Against Intellectual and Artistic Works

Behaviors that may constitute crimes under the "Copyright Law," "Trademark Law," "Turkish Commercial Code," "Law on the Protection of Patent Rights," including copyright, registered trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patent rights belonging to individuals and/or institutions, and behaviors that violate personal rights and privacy.

Behavior and Publications Contrary to General Morality and Traditions

The use of Dinamo services to engage in or facilitate behaviors contrary to generally accepted public morals and traditions.

Aggressive and Threatening Behavior

The use of Dinamo services in a manner that includes aggressive and threatening behavior towards third parties and/or institutions.

Unauthorized Access to Other Computers or Networks through Illegal Means

Attempting to access other people's computers, user accounts, or networks unauthorizedly or unlawfully ("hacking" or behaviors defined as "hacker") and using systems for other activities that will enable illegal or unauthorized access to systems ("port scan," "stealth scan," etc.).

Activities Related to the Distribution of Viruses or Other Harmful Software

Activities such as internet viruses or actions that will disrupt the use of other users, Dinamo networks, or other connected networks, systems, services, and/or devices, such as "pinging," "flooding," "mailbombing," "denial of service."

Other Illegal Activities

Any activity or behavior contrary to existing laws and constituting a crime or behaviors that will harm Dinamo users, commercial reputation, and integrity, even if not specified here.

As stated above, users benefiting from Dinamo services are responsible for the legal consequences of their activities. Dinamo reserves the right to take measures such as deleting harmful information, suspending website publication, using applications to block harmful publications, and blocking internet access for harmful activities it becomes aware of.

Dinamo values the confidentiality of information on its websites and transmitted over the internet. However, by its general nature, the security level of information transmitted over the internet is neither higher nor lower than normal mail, fax, or voice telephone calls. Therefore, Dinamo recommends that users be aware that information sent and/or published by them over the internet does not have an absolute security level. Except as otherwise specified, users are responsible for their system and information security during the use of Dinamo services, and they cannot hold Dinamo responsible for the lack of information security during the use of their own services.

During the sale and delivery of Dinamo services to users, information about the service features is clearly stated. Users cannot claim compensation or damages from Dinamo for features not specified during the sale and not included in the relevant service.

Users who violate the General Terms of Service cannot claim compensation or damages from Dinamo regarding the measures Dinamo takes.
